I just wanted to let you know about this years Cherohala Reso Workshop in Tellico Plains, Tn. It will be on October 20th and 21st leading up to the Cherohala Skyway Festival and Josh Graves memorial pickin on the 22nd. We'll have guest instructor Matt Leadbetter teaching a few dobro techniques this year and we've been able to reserve a beautiful venue overlooking the Tellico River. Visited some friends in Tellico Village a couple years ago and now considering a move to the area for retirement. Lovely country and maybe I can join you in a few years.
I’m retiring in a couple of weeks and hope to get back to practicing regularly. Perhaps next year for me.

Well the Uncle Josh festival was yesterday. Great time! Got to play and hear a bunch of my old friends. I was fortunate enough to win the contest
