How do you convert standard music notation to tablature for the dobro?
There's no direct correlation as many notes can be located in multiple positions on the neck.
I'm not aware of any software that can "listen" to music and convert to correct tab.

I use Finale to do that. However as noted, you may have to tweak the fret positions after converting the notation two tab. Finale has a very steep learning curve FYI.
