Surprised that "Rainbow Bridge" is nowhere to be found. Anybody got some Chords/TAB for it?

It begins on page 44. The book is still in print and available from multiple retailers.
The only song not included is Day Tripper as played by Gene Wooten. Michael Jackson outbid Paul McCartney in 1985 when the Beatles publishing catalog was up for sale, and apparently Jacko's lawyers prohibited it from being included. Stacy chalked it up to "corporate greed."
