You may have to cast a wider net to find one.
Darryl Lesh in S.Carolina had one for sale on the Facebook Resophonic Sales/Trades page which is closely allied with the FB Dobroholics group but it is currently listed as "sale pending." Might not be a done deal - almost new, $200.
He wrote: "Got this almost new Poff strap with a Dobro I just bought. Dobro was almost unplayed, so I figured the strap as much. I have a Poff strap, only need one. Thanks"
