I’ve inherited a Scheerhorn capo. Not the Flux capo, not the Scheerhorn/Flux capo, just a Scheerhorn capo (the newest one?). There is no engraving on either side, only on the top: "Scheerhorn". The blackish tubing is corroding. Where can I obtain replacement tubing? Or, what is the brand/model number, material spec or whatever for the tubing?
(I am not looking for recommendations that I buy your favorite capo, which is the best that has ever been, please.)

I would take your capo to Canadian Tire or Home Depot—-either should have spools of different tubings, and I’ll bet you’ll find one that will work. Here in the States, most Ace Hardware stores have a good selection.
I went to a local Autoparts store and asked for a foot of gas line tubing. The counterman laughed and gave it to me.
