First question, does anyone know if Replogle is still producing cones? I’ve tried emailing him but no response. I believe Mike used to hangout here. As far as I know he’s about the only manufacturer of a 10.5” biscuit cone that’s a drop in replacement for an OMI Dobro but it’s shown out on stock for a long while.
Second question, setting up a Les Paul for slide. Will it be enough to simply raise the tun-o-matic or will I have to deepen the pockets on the individual saddles to account for the radiused fretboard?

I keep in occasional contact with Mike Replogle. I will see if I can get a hold of him for you.

The Les Paul question is out of my league. I'm a lap style dobro (as are the majority here) and steel player who dabbles in bottleneck slide pretty rarely.

You don't want to mess with the saddles on the bridge, just raise the whole thing a little, you may want to loosen the truss rod a bit too. Make note of how much you move stuff so you can put it back where it was if you want.
