Just bought this used. string 6 to 5 distance is 0.5 mm smaller than 5 to 4. centre to centre.
Seems even smaller with the thicker strings. The rest are fairly uniform. Is this common? Should I fix it or just adapt my right hand to the spacing?

Hope I'm asking this in the right place. Please correct me, new to the site and the dobro.
I believe the spacing is center to center, therefore the fatter strings will have less space between them.
I got curious and looked at mine. They appear equal to my old eyes.
