I click on your user name/activity and I see 4 photo uploads there. These are all visible when I click on them. I'm not sure, but I believe you have to move them to the post after you have loaded them to your account.
Look around there and I believe you will see what you have to do to bring them up to the post.

And that’s the rub, moving them to the post. I’ve felt it was a size limit error but you get nothing stating that or what the size limit is.
I'm probably the most challenged by these things of anybody here but:
Go to your photos, click on and drag ea. one into your post. That should work.

I wasn’t able to drag it, but I was able to click on it, click copy link, and then paste it into a post.
