Thanks Don ! I've heard nothing but great things about Amistar. ... So I just talked with Larry Flatt at Vagabond Instruments and popped for the Style 1 Tricone Vintage Finish squareneck w/ pickup system. Can't wait to get it !

I also have an Amistar single cone (biscuit bridge) roundneck ("Don" style), beautifully appointed, great sound. Yes, that 's me playing it in my avatar pic.
Their website, however, doesn't feature squarenecks very prominently (if at all). So I don't really know what their expertise is in the single cone / spider bridge department.
