btw, Pete Wernik promotes jam classes and the closest for me is one led by Jimmy Heffernan, held in Medford Lakes
starting next week.

Probably not too late to sign up, if it so interests you (though I suspect most here don't need a "class"...it's helpful for

Started playing resonator because, I think, my wife got tired of hearing my banjo plucking. :) Actually, we were at Albert Music Hall in Waretown NJ and she heard a couple of hot dobro players, and suggested I might want to try it. Got the Ickes model as my early "valentine's day" present LOL! born again Christian... currently attending Calvary Chapel Gateway (http://www.calvarychapelgateway.com/)
