Grew up with country & bluegrass music. Been playing standard guitar since I was 16 and started playing a cheap guitar with a raised nut in the 70s. Fooled around with mandolin & autoharp. Have been in several country, rockabilly, & bluegrass bands, currently in bluegrass band Cincinnati Creek. I play acoustic steel more than a bluegrass style, and I use an E6 tuning.
