Around 12 or so I started by learning House of the Rising Sun, and Hey Joe :) . That got me in to a couple HS bands playing dances and then a few local dive bars (drinking age 18 wink) but since my 20s just for my own pleasure but always great to find a fellow parlor troubadour to noodle around with. I have a Norwood and Chimes resonator and an electric resonator that was a kit that I recently completed. It turned out pretty well but I did upgrade a few parts. Otherwise I own a few different electrics. Sadly my Norwood has had a rough life and I am in the process of repairing \ restoring it. I hope that there may be other members here able to provide some wisdom and encouragement.
