Another recording of IInd Birth from 1998, an original song written by Brett Sigler of the group. Brett on guitar and lead vocal, myself on banjo and harmony vocal, my daughter Jennifer on bass and harmony vocal, Dan Holsinger guitar, Joe Longwell resonator guitar and harmony vocal. Recorded live through church sound system, not the best quality and a couple mistakes in the song, but I think the song Brett wrote is really great.

I knew Brett and this song is beautiful. He was a beautiful person inside and out despite his disability . I was sorry to hear of his passing last week but know that he is with the Lord and has a healthy body and probably writing more songs for the Lord. God bless his and his family

Hi Randy,
Thanks for the comments on Brett's Song "In The Twinkling Of An Eye." God used Brett's physical condition in ways to touch people that wouldn't have happened if Brett hadn't been in the situation he was in, with his injuries and the things that resulted. He truly was a man of God.
This song was recorded by Second Birth, trying to do a few demo recordings with the sound system at Faith Baptist Church. Dan Hoslinger played 12 string guitar, Brett played guitar and sang lead. My daughter Jennifer played bass and sang harmony. Dobro and harmony was done by either Joe Longwell or Steve Fellers, I'm not sure which but I think it was Joe. I played banjo and sang harmony. The recording wasn't perfect but the song itself sure is.
Brett's standing tall in Heaven now with a new body, next time we see him we'll be looking up at him instead of down into a wheel chair. God Bless you, I know you were a good friend of Brett's.

Gabby, thank you for the comments. Brett was an incredible person, no one else like him. We'll miss him but we know that through the Lord's Grace and Mercy, we will meet again!
