Sound

Clear as a bell tone and Loud. This Reso has the sweetest tone!! And it's loud, did I mention that?
I would say it leans more towards a traditional sound.
This was one of Harry's keepers he used for a year and a half and I can see why.

Appearance

African Paduak w/ Curly Maple binding and a Maple neck with Paduak strips. Top has Herringbone purfling. The Paduak has a beautiful grain to it and a gorgeous reddish/brown color.
The Reso has some cosmetic flaws but so do I . As someone else said, it shows character. But because there are those perfectionist out there, I will give it a 9.

Reliability

Harry used 38 coats of finish and it's stunning.
It is built like a tank and will last forever.

Customer Service

Harry is a great guy to deal with. There was no warranty implied but what I've heard about Harry and my own correspondence I have no worry Harry wouldn't deal with any issues that would arise.
And I doubt I'll ever have a problem.

Components

Comes with a Beard cone & a Dobro 14 spider. does it get any better than that?
He supply's a build sheet which is a nice touch.
also, came with a brand new TKL Ltd case.

Overall Comments

I wish there was a higher rating than 10 because Harry would get it.
The only thing I see that's a flaw is, Harry doesn't charge enough ( but don't tell him that).
The sound quality of this Reso rates up there with Reso's 3x's as much. According to Harry, he's going to slow down and build only when he feels like it, so if you have an opportunity to snag one of his beauties, do it!! You will not regret it as I know I never will.
When the world is riddled with this mass produced assembly line dobro's it nice to know there's guys like Harry out there making top notch instruments. It's an honor to own one.
